目的了解云南省德钦县宿主动物伯氏疏螺旋体的感染情况。方法以德钦县采集的家犬血液和山区林地捕获的鼠类动物脏器为样本,采用间接免疫荧光(IFA)方法检测犬血中莱姆病Ig G抗体;采用巢式PCR方法扩增伯氏疏螺旋体5~23Sr RNA间隔区片段,阳性片段进行测序。结果 50份犬血检出莱姆病Ig G抗体阳性10份,阳性率为20%;扩增到阳性片段1份,阳性率2.00%;48份鼠类脾脏标本扩增到阳性片段1份,阳性率2.08%。测序结果表明,犬感染的伯氏疏螺旋体为Borrelia garinii基因型;鼠感染的伯氏疏螺旋体为Borrelia valaisiana基因型。结论本调查表明德钦县境内家犬和鼠类存在2个基因型伯氏疏螺旋体感染,有必要作进一步的相关调查研究。
Objective To understand the infection of host Borrelia burgdorferi in Deqin County, Yunnan Province. Methods The visceral immune system (IgA) antibody against Lyme disease in canine blood was detected by indirect immunofluorescence (IFA) method in the blood of domestic dogs and the animal organs captured in mountainous areas in Deqin County. The nested PCR Borrelia burgdorferi 5 ~ 23Sr RNA spacer fragments, positive fragments were sequenced. Results Fifty canine samples were positive for Lyme disease Ig G antibody. The positive rate was 20%. One of the positive fragments was amplified and the positive rate was 2.00%. One of the 48 spleen samples was amplified to positive, The positive rate of 2.08%. Sequencing results showed that Borrelia burgdorferi was a Borrelia garinii genotype in dogs and Borrelia valaisiana genotype in mice infected with Borrelia burgdorferi. Conclusion The survey shows that there are two genotypes Borrelia burgdorferi infection in domestic dogs and mice in Deqin County. It is necessary to make further relevant investigation.
