目的 了解肱骨外上髁的神经支配与颈神经根的关系。方法 对 10例臂丛神经损伤患者 ,在作健侧C7神经根移位术中 ,用针电极刺激肱骨外上髁 ,在C5~T1神经根记录其动作电位的潜伏期和波幅。结果 除 1例在T1神经根未记录到动作电位外 ,9例均记录到动作电位 ;其中以C7神经根的动作电位波幅最高。结论 肱骨外上髁的神经支配与臂丛神经的C7神经根密切相关。
Objective To understand the relationship between the innervation of the lateral humeral epicondyle and cervical nerve root. Methods In 10 patients with brachial plexus injury, the lateral epicondyle of the humerus was stimulated by the needle electrode during the C7 nerve root displacement. The latency and amplitude of the action potential were recorded at the C5 ~ T1 nerve root. Results Except for 1 case, no action potentials were recorded in T1 nerve roots, and 9 cases recorded action potentials. The amplitude of action potentials of C7 nerve roots was the highest. Conclusion The innervation of the lateral epicondyle of the humerus is closely related to the C7 nerve root of the brachial plexus.
