没有了行政班和班主任,每一位学科教师走到了教育的前台,但走到前台的教师却面临着前所未有的挑战。一位年轻的教师在一次发言中,坦言他在学生常规管理中遭遇的挑战:挑战1:学生在觉醒,他在成长的过程中需要得到老师家长的帮助,管理变成了服务。失去“权威”的老师应该如何服务学生?挑战2:学生个性千差万别,我们不能以一个标准去规范所有学生,管理需要个别化,喜欢整齐划一的我们,如何才能实现管理的个别化呢?
Without the executive class and class teacher, every subject teacher came to the forefront of education, but the teachers who came to the foreground faced the unprecedented challenge. In a speech, a young teacher confessed his challenge to the routine management of students: Challenge 1: Students are awakened, and they need the help of their parents’ parents to grow up. Management has become a service. Challenge 2: Students vary widely in personality. We can not regulate all students with a standard. We need to be individualized and we like to be uniform. How can we achieve the individualization of management?
