设计合理可行的可中断电价是实施可中断负荷管理的关键核心内容,在对实施可中断负荷管理各参与方的实施成本和效益分别进行计算分析的基础上,首先分析出方案实施后各参与方对可中断电价补偿标准的接受程度以及量化出各方可接受的临界值标准,在此基础上进一步构建出考虑了实施可中断负荷管理后各参与方实施成本及效益的可中断电价优化模型,最后以贵州省安顺地区电网为算例进行模拟测算和分析,测算结果验证了该可中断电价模型的可行性及有效性。

The calculation results verify the feasibility and validity of the interruptible power price model.
