解放以来我国水利事业发展很快,建成了一大批防洪、除涝、灌溉、航运、发电、供水工程,对于保障人民生命财产的安全及国民经济的发展起了巨大的作用。但总的来说,水利建设还远不能满足我国工农业发展的需要,局部地区甚至已成为国民经济发展的限制因素。如何加快水利建设的步伐是当前我国社会主义建设的迫切需要,也是我们水利工作者的光荣
Since the liberation of China’s water resources, the development of water conservancy has been rapid, and a large number of flood control, waterlogging, irrigation, shipping, power generation, and water supply projects have been built. This has played a huge role in ensuring the safety of people’s lives and property and the development of the national economy. However, in general, water conservancy construction is still far from meeting the needs of China’s industrial and agricultural development, and local areas have even become a limiting factor in the development of the national economy. How to speed up the pace of water conservancy construction is an urgent need of our country’s socialist construction, and it is also the honor of our water conservancy workers.
