伴随信息化、数字化的脚步,图书馆的学科馆员制度逐步发展起来。中国的高校图书馆学科馆员制度建设相对滞后,整体上还处在起步和探索阶段。同发达国家的高校图书馆相比,还存在相当大的差距。我们既要解放思想,充分利用可以利用的一切资源,创新制度建设,又要脚踏实地,根据本校图书馆自身实际,建立具有特色的,适合自身特点的学科馆员制度,以促进高校图书馆事业的发展,为高校的教学和科研提供优质和高效的信息服务。
