8月25日,国家发改委公布《促进中部地区崛起规划实施意见》(简称《实施意见》),为未来5～10年中部地区发展,落实“三基地一枢纽”建设任务提出了具体实施方案。业内人士分析认为,在中部崛起政策激励下,“十二五”期间,山西、安徽、江西、河南、湖北、湖南中部6省的石油和化工产业发展将提速。
