今年春修已基本完成,汛期即将到来,为全面的瞭解堤防安全程度,防止各种疏忽意外,应组织力量,进行堤防大检查,整好险工,把料物妥善调配保管,能将这一工作做好,战胜洪水才有保证,我们根据中央防汛总指挥部关于堤防大检查指示,结合具体情况,拟定检查办法,希各级防汛指挥部,组织力量,认真执行,并将检查结果,于七月十五日前报黄河防汛总指挥部。
This Spring Festival this year has basically completed. The flood season is coming. In order to fully understand the degree of embankment safety and prevent all kinds of accidental accidents, we should organize forces to carry out a large embankment inspection and rectification work so as to properly arrange the materials for safekeeping. According to the instructions of the Central Flood Control Headquarters regarding the large embankment inspection and with specific conditions, we shall formulate inspection methods and hope flood control headquarters at all levels will organize and implement them in earnest.
