使用激光拼焊进行65Mn高碳钢热轧板的焊接,并对焊接接头进行了热处理。通过杯突、拉伸、冷弯和反复弯曲等试验评估不同热处理工艺下焊接接头的塑性变形能力;通过金相显微镜、显微硬度计对焊接接头的显微组织进行分析,讨论了焊接接头的显微组织与其塑性变形能力的关系。给出了较佳的热处理工艺,对实现高碳钢的冷轧连续化生产具有一定的指导作用。
The welding of 65Mn high-carbon steel hot-rolled plates was carried out by laser welding, and the welded joints were heat-treated. The plastic deformation ability of the welded joint under different heat treatment processes was evaluated by the test of cupping, stretching, cold bending and repeated bending. The microstructure of the welded joint was analyzed by metallographic microscope and microhardness tester. Relationship Between Microstructure and Plastic Deformation Ability. Given the better heat treatment process, to achieve high-carbon steel continuous cold-rolled production has a guiding role.
