我国企业治理模式受历史、文化、政治、伦理道德等因素影响,效率低于发达国家。不断完善自身机制,寻求和实现有效治理,是选择和定位企业治理模式的一项基本原则。在当前研究和实践中,往往忽视了企业自身的固有特征和优势,完全倾向于某一种模式,只注重改良组织结构,忽视了长效机制的完善和治理结构的优化。部分企业把组织形式当成决定绩效的根本因素,忽视了人才的引进和管理使用,难以摆脱制度困扰。一系列问题的
