小组竞争和谐互助模式在语文教学中的运用

很多语文老师都反映现在的语文课真是越来越难教了。课堂上,经常都是老师讲得唾沫横飞,学生在下面无精打采,往往是老师抛出一个问题,学生应者寥寥,搞得老师只能自问自答。课堂成了老师的独角戏,学生不想参与,也懒得参与。教学效果可想而知。从教多年的我,也经常遇到这种尴尬的局面。为扭转这种局面,把学生吸引到课堂上来,提高课堂效率,我将小组竞争和谐互助模式引入语文教学当中,取得了不错效果,具体做法如下: Many Chinese teachers reflect that the Chinese lesson is getting harder and harder to teach. In the classroom, often the teacher spoke of saliva flying, the students listlessly below, often the teacher throws a question, the student should be very few, make the teacher can only ask by oneself. The classroom became a one-man show for teachers, students do not want to participate, too lazy to participate. Teaching effect can be imagined. I taught from many years, often encounter this awkward situation. In order to reverse this situation, attract students to the classroom and improve the efficiency of the classroom, I introduced the group competition and mutual assistance model into Chinese teaching and achieved good results.
