1前言宣杭线北起安徽宣城南至浙江杭州,顺延宁芜线,是长三角的“一条边”,对长三角的经济发展有着重大的战略意义。随着运量的增长和提速的要求,宣杭线增建复线工程已经竣工,而宣杭老线既有轨道结构和整体战略部署严重不配套,为此,上海铁路局计划宣杭老线全线铺设P60跨区间无缝线路。本文着重对“三同步”综合施工大修设计中无缝线路强度、稳定性检算、桥上无缝线路纵向力计算、无缝道岔的焊联及道床处理等问题进行简要说明。
1 Foreword Xuan Hang Line From the south of Xuancheng in Anhui Province to Hangzhou in Zhejiang Province and Shunzhi-Ningwu Line in the north, it is the “one side” of the Yangtze River Delta. It has great strategic significance for the economic development of the Yangtze River Delta. With the growth of traffic volume and the demand of speeding up, the project of Xuanhang-Hangzhou-Kunming double-track construction has been completed and the existing track structure of Xuanhang-Lao-tien and the overall strategic deployment are not complete. To this end, Laying P60 cross-section seamless lines. This article focuses on the “three simultaneous” comprehensive construction overhaul design of seamless line strength, stability of the calculation, the longitudinal force calculation of seamless railway bridge, seamless welded joints and ballast bed handling issues such as briefing.
