1988年9月20日晨,周口地区卫校36名学生因同误服混有氟乙酰胺的绿豆稀饭,半小时后至12小时之间发生集体中毒。其中20例为轻度中毒,主要表现:上腹灼痛、恶心、呕吐、口渴、头晕、头痛,继之视力模糊、乏力、四肢关节酸痛麻木、心慌。16例中度中毒,除上述表现外,并出现呼吸困难、紫绀、烦躁不安、血压下降。8例心电图异常,呈窦性心律不齐,心动过缓或过速。房性早搏,心肌呈缺血等改变。4例转氨酶大于200单位。治疗经过;开始接诊时,未能确定中毒原因,疑为细菌性食物中毒,对36例患者均给予输液,加入抗生素、维生素C、激素等,
