社会的发展离不开科技,科技的发展离不开人才,人才的培养离不开教育,教育的关键是教师。对教师的管理是当今学校领导工作中一项非常重要而艰巨复杂的工作,也是素质教育是否能全面实施的一个关键所在。学校各项工作都是由教师完成的。每个目标都是由教师实现的,教师是影响学校发展的所有因素中最核心最关键也是最具有活力的因素。我们要重视教师的管理,要善于经营人心,重视教师需要的满足、潜能的发掘、素质的提高。让教师的积极性得到最大限度的发挥,从而提升教学质量和全面实施素质教育,推动学校稳定快速发展。因此,学校领导管理教师要注意以下几个方面:

The management of teachers is a very important and arduous task in today’s school leadership, and it is also a key to the full implementation of quality education. School work is done by teachers. Each goal is achieved by teachers. Teachers are the most critical and most vital factor in all factors that affect school development. We must attach importance to the management of teachers, be good at managing people’s minds, and stress the satisfaction of teachers’ needs, the exploration of their potential, and the enhancement of their qualities. The enthusiasm of teachers can be maximized to enhance teaching quality and the full implementation of quality education to promote the stable and rapid development of the school. Therefore, school leadership management teachers should pay attention to the following aspects:
