网络经济在世纪之交的蓬勃发展,是与1993年以来国际互联网商务性应用的急剧高涨分不开的。网络经济就是通过网络进行的经济活动。这种网络经济是经济网络化的必然结果。网络化极大地加快了经济的市场化和全球化进程,它有利于发展中国家通过逐步开放和适度监管来利用世界上成熟的技术成果、有用的信息和知识资源以促进经济增长。网络经济起作用的因素传统经济是物质、能量型经济。网络经济是信息、知识型经济,其交易通行应用越广价值越大的原则。
The booming economy of the Internet economy at the turn of the century is inseparably linked with the drastic soaring of the commercial applications of the Internet since 1993. Network economy is the economic activity carried out through the Internet. This network economy is the inevitable result of economic network. Networking has greatly accelerated the marketization and globalization of economy. It helps developing countries to make use of the mature technological achievements, useful information and knowledge resources in the world to promote economic growth through gradual opening up and moderate regulation. The network economy plays a role in the traditional economy is a material and energy economy. Network economy is information, knowledge-based economy, the wider the application of its trade more widely the principle of value.
