中国科学院水生所已有70年历史,离退休人员超过200人,与在职职工之比接近1:1。自1998年院实施知创新工程试点以来,所党委、所领导及主管职能部门逐步认识到做好新时期离退休工作是建设创新文化工作的重要组成部分,也是研究所顺利实施知识创新工程试点工作的重要保证。基于此认识,该所离退休工作在过去基础上,进一步拓宽思路、强化目标管理。从体制与机制上确保政策措施落实到位,取得了明显成效,为争取成为院全面创新试点单位和实施创新管理营造了良好的文化环境。为此,本刊编发介绍中科院水生所做好离退休工作的文章,希望有助于各单位交流学习,提高离退休工作质量。
The Chinese Academy of Sciences Institute of Hydrobiology has 70 years of history, retired personnel more than 200 people, and the ratio of working staff close to 1: 1.
