根据鞍钢计划工作会议精神,重新修订“七五”技术改造计划,并组织力量对年产1000万 t 钢的目标进行了研究,提出了这一初步设想。鞍钢改造有两个可行途径:一是新建和扩建四炼钢系统,对此已有不少方案,可资抉择,无需赘述;二是在老厂区内进一步挖潜、革新、改造,实现年产钢1000万 t 的目标。后者是本文探讨的内容。这一设想,投资少,占地小,见效快,能源省,充分利用老厂优势,经济效益高。但是,要求技术性较强,难度也较大。
