多年来,考核一个地区、一个单位治安工作好坏的主要指标是发、破案率,片面要求发、破案指标会导致立案不实。解决这个问题必须改革考核指标和考核方法。
Over the years, the major indicators for assessing the quality of public order in a region or a unit of work have been sending and solving cases of crimes and unilaterally demanding them. To solve this problem, we must reform the assessment indicators and assessment methods.
