内蒙古的基层大讲堂可以说是大主题、大平台、大市场,是推进马克思主义大众化的创新实践和探索。如果说内蒙古在上世纪60年代创造的乌兰牧骑是一种文艺宣传品牌,那么基层大讲堂则是在新的历史时期创造的一种理论宣讲品牌。我有几点体会:第一,理论宣讲是推进马克思主义大众化的主要渠道。理论宣讲有选择的唯一性、表达的通俗性、互动的直接性三个特性,这是其他任何宣传和推广模式所不可替代的。理论宣讲具有“统一思想、凝神聚力”的独特魅力,秉承“什么样的阵地都要占领、什么样的媒介都要使用、什么样的人群都要覆盖、什么样的危机应对都要参与”的理念,直接融入基层,回答社会关注,回应
