当前,国际经济不景气,国内行业竞争加剧,内外部环境的变化促使地市级供电企业调整现有属地化、“小而全”的组织模式,逐步向专业化、扁平化方向发展,以适应电网发展方式和企业发展方式的转变,提高地市级供电企业生产管理效率和安全可靠性是各供电企业的重要工作,也是摆在眼前的一个重要课题。实践证明,从管理体制着手,以生产管理扁平化和专业化作为突破口,不失为解决问题的一条有效途径。本期特刊出两篇相关文章,供广大读者参考。
At present, the international economic downturn and intensified competition in the domestic industries have prompted local and municipal-level power supply enterprises to adjust their existing localized and “small but complete” organizational models and gradually develop toward specialization and flattening. In order to adapt to the change of grid development mode and enterprise development mode, it is an important task for all power supply enterprises to improve the production management efficiency and safety and reliability of municipal power supply enterprises. It is also an important issue before us. Practice has proved that proceeding from the management system and taking the flattening and specialization of production management as a breakthrough can be an effective way to solve the problem.
