目的　探讨硝酸银肾盂灌注治疗乳糜尿的时机和适应症。方法　用 2 %硝酸银肾盂灌注治疗乳糜尿 46例 ,并对无效和复发病例进行分析。结果　本组总有效率 89% ,复发率 12 % ,无严重不良反应 ,对肾功能无不良影响。结论　硝酸银肾盂灌注治疗乳糜尿简单方便 ,能反复进行 ,无不良后果 ,疗效确切 ,便于推广。应用时应注意掌握灌注时机 ,以提高疗效 ,减少复发 Objective To investigate the timing and indications of silver nitrate pelvic perfusion for chyluria. Methods Treating 46 cases of chyluria with 2% silver nitrate renal pelvis and analyzing the invalid and recurrence cases. Results The total effective rate 89%, recurrence rate 12%, no serious adverse reactions, no adverse effects on renal function. Conclusion Silver nitrate renal pelvic perfusion for the treatment of chyluria simple and convenient, can be repeated without adverse consequences, the exact effect, easy to promote. Application should pay attention to grasp the timing of perfusion in order to improve efficacy and reduce recurrence
