The adsorption behavior of nanoparticles on the surface of biofilm is an important issue in the field of nanobiotechnology.Through positive and inverted experiments, the influence of gravity on the adsorption of gold nanoparticles on the surface of phospholipid membrane was quantitatively studied by fluorescence microscopy. It was found that the particle size The difference between the adsorption amount and the logarithm of the ratio of the precipitation rate and the diffusion rate of the particles is linear. The particle size less than 14 nm does not consider the influence of gravity on the adsorption; When the particle size is larger than 176 nm, the gravitation dominates in the adsorption, which provides a reference for the study of drug carrier and the understanding of particle-biomembrane interaction.
