在盆载条件下,采用严重缺硼和轻度缺硼的两种土壤,研究了棉花硼氮营养的相互关系及其对棉花生长发育、产量品质的影响。三年研究结果表明:在两种土壤上,均以B(1ppm)×N(300ppm)配合施用,棉花产量最高,纤维品质最优,硼氮互作效应极显著。在两种土壤上单施氮肥均使缺硼症状加重,高硼时,适量增施氮肥使硼中毒症状减轻。在苗期,棉株体内硼的含量和单株吸硼量均因施氮而提高,现蕾后,单株吸硼量仍随施氮而提高,但植株组织中硼的含量却因施氮而降低。在严重缺硼的条件下,施硼显著地促进了氮的吸收和蛋白质的合成,而在轻度缺硼的条件下,施硼对氨的吸收影响不显著,但仍在一定程度上影响着游离氨基酸的含量。
Under pot-loading conditions, the relationship between boron and nitrogen in cotton and their effects on the growth and yield and quality of cotton were studied by using two kinds of soil, which were seriously boron-deficient and boron-deficient.
