今后十年,仍是中国民航快速发展的时期,中国民航已经站在新的起点上,面临前所未有的良好发展机遇,同时也面临着严峻的挑战。由“发展规模、航空安全、运输效率、竞争能力、经济贡献、社会效应、科技实力、政府管理”构成的民航强国的评价指标体系充分表明:强国之路的本质是一个从量变到质变的过程,其核心是科技创新和管理创新,归根结底是人才。
