从能源植物麻疯树的根部凸起部分韧皮部、木质部中分离到内生真菌42株,应用PCR技术对分离菌rDNA的内转录间隔区(ITS区)基因克隆后测序,并将所测序列提交到欧洲分子生物学实验室核酸数据库(European Molecular Biology Laboratory Gen-bank),通过Blast程序将该序列与数据库已有的序列进行分析比较。结果表明,42个菌株分别与Genbank中的拟盘多毛孢菌属Pestalotiopsis、头孢霉属Cephalosporium、枝顶霉孢霉属Acremonium、镰孢霉菌Fusarium、木霉属Trichoderma、毛霉属Mucor、青霉属Penicillium、根霉属Rhizopus、曲霉菌属Aspergillus和茎点菌属Phoma具有高度同源性(达到99%以上),其中拟盘多毛孢为优势属,其次为青霉属和茎点菌属。表明麻疯树内生真菌有着丰富的多样性特点。
42 endophytic fungi were isolated from the phloem and xylem in the roots of Jatropha curcas L., and the ITS region of rDNA was cloned and sequenced by PCR. The sequenced sequences were submitted To the European Molecular Biology Laboratory Gen-bank, the sequence was compared with the existing database by Blast program. The results showed that 42 isolates were closely related to GenBank in the genus Pestalotiopsis, Cephalosporium, Acremonium, Fusarium, Trichoderma, Mucor, Penicillium Penicillium, Rhizopus Rhizopus, Aspergillus and Phoma spp. Were highly homologous (up to 99%), of which Pestalotiopsis was the dominant genus, followed by Penicillium and Phyttrium genus. Endophytic fungi Jatropha curcas is rich in diversity.
