人工流产术一般不用麻醉剂。术中多数患者有不同程度的疼痛、甚至人工流产综合反应。淄博市妇幼保健院妇科1998年3～9月,在200例早孕人工流产术中,采用耳穴疗法镇痛取得满意效果。具体做法简介如下: 选择妊娠6～11周,无手术禁忌症要求人流者。人流术前20min,右耳穴穴位于宫、肾上腺、皮质下留耳针,人流术后2d取针。
