溺水后呼吸心跳停止的儿童,抢救成功的例数极少,作者从医以来,遇到溺水患儿10例,救活2例,将体会报告于后。 例1,男3岁,跌入池塘中,溺水约3min,就诊途中约5min。接诊后立即托起胸腹,头低足低背朝上呈虾姿倒水,并以纱布(或手帕)裹食指伸入咽部吸水,抠除痰液或杂物并拽出舌头,扯去湿衣保暖后体检:患儿青紫,呼吸及心跳停止,瞳孔缩小且无反射。立即针刺涌泉穴,口对口人工呼吸,助手叩击患儿左前胸,接着作心脏按摩,2min后心内注射付肾素1mg,1min后心跳
