目的探讨不同运动干预方案对青少年心理应激的缓解效果以及随时间变化的特征。方法以773名学生为被试,运用3种持续16周的干预方案来检测对青少年心理应激的缓解效果。结果 1不同干预时间对青少年心理应激的干预效应不同,16周的干预效果优于8周(t=2.78,P<0.05)和干预前(t=4.15,P<0.01),8周的干预效果优于干预前(t=2.24,P<0.05)。2不同干预方案对青少年心理应激的干预效应不同,“身体素质+体育游戏+球类”干预方案最适合初中学生(F=3.26,P<0.01)、“天天练+课课练+周周练”干预方案最适合小学生(F=3.43,P<0.01)、“身体素质+球类”干预方案最适合高中学生(F=3.67,P<0.01)。3不同干预类型的主效应具有统计学意义(F=40.82,P<0.01)、不同干预时间的主效应具有统计学意义(F=32.96,P<0.01)、干预类型和时间的交互效应具有统计学意义(F=37.26,P<0.01)。结论不同干预方案都对青少年心理应激具有缓解效果,且随干预时间的延长,效果更加明显。
Objective To investigate the effect of different exercise intervention programs on mental stress in adolescents and their changes with time. Methods A total of 773 students were enrolled in this study. Three kinds of interventions lasting 16 weeks were used to test the effect of reducing psychological stress in adolescents. Results Interventional effects of different intervention time on psychological stress in adolescents were different. Intervention effect in 16 weeks was better than that in 8 weeks (t = 2.78, P <0.05) and before intervention (t = 4.15, The effect was better than before intervention (t = 2.24, P <0.05). The effect of different intervention programs on psychological stress in adolescents was different.
