目的:探讨5-氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)和石膏固定治疗耳廓假性囊肿的疗效比较。方法:穿刺抽出囊腔内分泌物后注射5-FU 0.5~1.0 ml为治疗组83例,抽出囊腔积液后并石膏固定为对照组81例,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗组治愈率为87.64%,对照组为65.06%,两组疗效差异有统计学意义。结论:腔内注射5-FU对于囊腔较小的耳廓假性囊肿疗效较耳廓石膏固定明确。
Objective: To compare the efficacy of 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) and plaster for the treatment of auricle pseudocysts. Methods: After the puncture was taken out of the cyst secretions, injection of 5 ~ FU 0.5 ~ 1.0 ml for the treatment group of 83 cases, after the effusion of the cyst and gypsum fixed in the control group of 81 cases, the treatment effect was compared. Results: The cure rate was 87.64% in the treatment group and 65.06% in the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant. Conclusions: The efficacy of 5-FU for intracavitary injection of auricle pseudocapsules with smaller cysts is more definite than that of auricle plaster.
