企业在不同的生命周期履行社会责任的意愿不同,能力不同,不同时期的关键利益相关者也不同,正确对待各时期关键利益相关者可以在资源有限的情况下实现企业的价值最大化。文章从企业生命周期划分的角度出发,针对性地分析出与各个时期相对应的关键利益相关者,据此制定出最符合企业实际并能实现企业目标的社会责任战略。
Enterprises have different wills and capacities in fulfilling their social responsibilities in different life cycles. Key stakeholders in different periods are also different. Correctly handling key stakeholders in each period can maximize the value of the enterprise with limited resources. From the perspective of enterprise life cycle division, the article analyzes the key stakeholders corresponding to each period in a targeted manner, and formulates the social responsibility strategy which is most suitable to the reality of the enterprise and can achieve the goal of the enterprise.
