缺陷车辆回收制度是车辆管理的重要制度之一。该制度要求车辆在运行中发生与安全有关的故障或不符合汽车技术法规要求的情况时。制造厂对所生产的该车型的全部车辆实施回收,以保证所有上路车辆都能安全行驶。美日两国建立此制度已20余年。实践证明,对提高产品质量和确保在用车的安全性十分有效。
Defective vehicle recovery system is one of the important systems of vehicle management. The system requires the vehicle in operation during a safety-related failure or does not meet the requirements of automotive technology regulations. The manufacturer recuperates all the vehicles it produces to ensure that all vehicles on the road are safe to travel. The United States and Japan have established this system for more than 20 years. Practice has proved that it is very effective to improve product quality and ensure the safety of the car.
