凝胶渗透色谱(Gel Permeation Chromatography)以下简称GPC,是一种分离、纯化和分析混合物的方法。也是测定混合物组份的分子量和分子量分级的有力工具。原则上任何可溶解的分子都可以用GPC来分离,分子量可以从氢分子的2到10~8的高聚物这一宽广的范围。 GPC的分离首先是按照分子大小的差别来进行的。溶剂以一定的速度流过用多孔小球装填的柱子,被分析的少量样品从柱子的一端引入,不同大小的分子以不同的速度通过柱子而得到分离。
Gel Permeation Chromatography (hereinafter referred to as GPC) is a method of separating, purifying and analyzing mixtures. It is also a powerful tool for determining the molecular weight and molecular weight fraction of the components of a mixture. In principle, any soluble molecule can be separated by GPC, with a broad range of molecular weights ranging from 2 to 10-8 for hydrogen molecules. GPC separation is based on the size of the first molecular difference to carry out. The solvent flows through the column packed with porous beads at a rate and a small amount of the sample being analyzed is introduced from one end of the column and molecules of different sizes are separated by passing through the column at different rates.
