新型保温剂——碳化稻壳保温钢锭帽口试验新工艺,代替现行的蛀石、发热剂保温钢锭帽口的工艺,改善了钢锭帽口保温效果,改善了轴承钢和弹簧钢的钢锭中心增碳,提高了成材率,比使用发热剂降低了成本。试验发现:应降低保护渣中含碳量,还应改进帽口设计,增加钢锭帽头的实心高度,好进一步提高钢的成材率和解决钢锭中心增碳问题。经试验认为碳化稻壳是目前最佳的钢锭帽口保温剂。
