经研究发现,在超纯气体分析中采用3A分子筛脱水时,原料气中CO及CO2都有一定程度的吸附,这会引起原料气浓度的改变。而采用硅胶脱水则既能满足脱水要求又不至引起CO、CO2浓度的改变。
The study found that in the ultrapure gas analysis using 3A molecular sieve dehydration, CO and CO 2 in the feed gas have a certain degree of adsorption, which will lead to changes in the concentration of the feed gas. The use of silicone dehydration can not only meet the requirements of dehydration without causing changes in CO, CO2 concentration.
