为减轻发动机往复运动零部件的质量,在进行边界设计时,作为详细了解发动机的使用条件的重要一环,是采用联接装置,测取发动机运转中连杆应力和温度,并对各部位的应力状态和温度分布进行分析和探讨。通过测试研究,弄清了以下问题: 1.因为采用了联接装置,使得有可能在高转速范围内、同时测定连杆各部位的应力和温度。 2.在杆身部、工作中的应力波形,无论是数值和形状都与计算值基本一致。而在大头部,波形随测定位置而不同,出现复杂的状态。 3.越靠近连杆小头部,温度越高。此外,润滑油油温对连杆温度的影响很大。
In order to reduce the quality of reciprocating parts of the engine, as an important part of understanding the conditions of the engine in detail during the design of the boundary, the connecting device is used to measure the stress and temperature of the connecting rod in the engine operation, and the stress State and temperature distribution analysis and discussion. Through the test study, the following problems were clarified: 1. In the big head, the waveform varies with the measurement position, showing a complex state. 3. The closer the connecting rod small head, the higher the temperature. In addition, the temperature of the lubricating oil has a great influence on the connecting rod temperature.
