口头作文具有书面作文不可比及的优点:有利于培养学生口头表达能力和思维的敏捷度、流畅度;反馈及时,便于老师当场指导;受益面广,指导一人,全班得益;减轻负担,老师批改作文的压力明显减轻。但是,近几年在不断强调“提高听说能力”的呼声中,对口头作文的热情反而下降了,不少老师明知口头作文有“省力高效”的许多优点,但却竟愿“拈重怕轻”、“避易就难”,甚至出现了老师怕上口头作文课、学生怕做口头作文训练的现象。一般老师认为,口头作文对提高作文水平的绩效不明显,还不如书面作文有效管事。本文探究一下影响口头作文绩效的三个主要因素。
