鞍区硬膜强化在脑膜瘤、炎症、感染及手术后很常见,但在垂体腺瘤却非常罕见。为研究正常硬膜的MR强化表现以及是否受垂体腺瘤的影响,作者对20例垂体腺瘤病例作了回顾性分析。肿瘤高度12～45mm,其中3例腺瘤内有出血,8例有坏死区。对照组20例。为了对鞍区及鞍前硬膜的正常影像及强化特征作出最佳评估,病人先做SE T_1WI,后做增强,对图像放大并以不同的窗条件进行处理。
Saddle area dura mater enhancement is common in meningiomas, inflammation, infections, and after surgery, but it is rare in pituitary adenomas. In order to study the MR enhancement of normal dura mater and whether it is affected by pituitary adenomas, the authors retrospectively analyzed 20 cases of pituitary adenomas. Tumor height 12 ~ 45mm, of which 3 cases of adenoma hemorrhage, 8 cases of necrosis. The control group was 20 cases. In order to make the best assessment of the normal image and enhancement characteristics of the saddle and predural dura mater, the patient first performs SE T_1WI, and then enhances it. The image is enlarged and processed under different window conditions.
