针对航空发动机压气机低速试验台所用树脂叶片注塑成型翘曲变形问题,提出了基于正交试验的注塑参数优化方法,通过建立注塑翘曲的数学模型,数值注塑模拟仿真、正交试验优化注塑参数及仿真试验验证,可有效减小压气机用树脂试验叶片的翘曲变形量,达到控形的目地。
Aiming at the problem of warpage of resin blade injection molding used in the low pressure test bed of aeroengine compressor, the method of optimizing injection parameters based on orthogonal test was put forward. By establishing mathematical model of injection warpage, numerical injection simulation and orthogonal test, And simulation test to verify, which can effectively reduce the compressor warpage deformation of resin test blades to achieve the purpose of control.
