何谓无领导小组讨论人的行为和工作绩效都是在一定的环境中产生和形成的,对人的行为、能力、个性等素质特征的观察与评价,不能脱离一定的环境。所以要想准确地测评一个人的素质,应将其纳入特定的环境中,观察、分析测评对象在该环境下的行为表现。于是,无领导小组讨论(LGD)应运而生。近年来它逐渐成为各种招聘选拔考试的新宠,特别是在外企和一些大型企业,它已成为招聘选拔中的一种重要评价手段。 What is non-leadership panelist’s behavior and job performance are all generated and formed in a certain environment.
