通过对比实验研究了普通凝固和加压等温凝固对Sn-Sb合金组织的影响。结果表明,在Sn-5%Sb合金中添加Cu与Zn元素后,合金组织都得到不同程度的细化;液态Sn-Sb、Sn-Sb-Cu及Sn-Sb-Zn合金在749 MPa高压作用下,提高了熔点,增加了冷却速度,并使过冷度提高,形成了等轴晶。
The influence of ordinary solidification and compression isothermal solidification on the microstructure of Sn-Sb alloy was studied by comparative experiments. The results show that the addition of Cu and Zn elements in Sn-5% Sb alloy results in the refinement of the alloy microstructure. The high pressure of the liquid Sn-Sb, Sn-Sb-Cu and Sn-Sb-Zn alloys at 749 MPa , The melting point is increased, the cooling rate is increased, and the degree of undercooling is increased to form an equiaxed crystal.
