川菜是中国八大菜系之一,清鲜见长,风格多样,素有“一菜一格,百菜百味”之称。川菜源于我国古代的巴国和蜀国,浩然中华食之文化,巴蜀当推首席。川菜讲究色、香、味、形,尤其在“味”上风格独特,以味型多样、变化精妙、用料之广、口味之厚为其主要特色。近些年来,川菜馆遍及大江南北,海内海外,在餐饮业云集的京城也有着巨大的市场。川菜的口感深受人们的喜爱,年关将至,选择川菜作为年夜饭的主打菜品的人们一定不少,蜀国演义酒楼的这桌川菜年夜饭相信会吸引许多人的眼球。
