我厂生产的柴油机调质齿轮在井式炉内回火,采用普通的筒式料筐、由于工件体积较小,在筐内堆放密集,使炉内热气流循环阻力较大,影响了炉内热流通,造成炉温不均,齿轮回火后硬度不匀。为此,我们对料筐从两方面作了改进。 (1)料筐中加入管形架来增加气氛循环,如图所示,在原筒式装料筐4中放一个高度与料筐相当,
