黑龙江省黑土区是我国重要的商品粮基地,长期以来,由于不合理地开发利用,水土流失严重。耕地黑土层的流失将给国家的粮食安全带来重大隐患,严重影响国民经济与社会的可持续发展。因此,如何提高黑龙江省山丘区坡耕地的粮食产量,对确保我国粮食安全将起到至关重要的作用。在明确黑龙江省山丘区容许土壤流失量等指标的基础上,运用黑龙江省土壤流失方程,研究确定了黑龙江省山丘区耕地最小侵蚀坡度,在此基础上,依靠遥感和地理信息系统技术,综合运用GIS数据库合成、分析、统计查询和数理统计等方法,得出了黑龙江省山丘区坡耕地侵蚀面积,为后续分类治理奠定了基础。
The black soil area in Heilongjiang Province is an important commodity grain base in our country. For a long time, due to the unreasonable exploitation and utilization, the soil erosion is serious. The loss of arable land black soil will bring major hidden dangers to the country’s food security, seriously affecting the sustainable development of the national economy and society. Therefore, how to increase the grain yield of sloping farmland in the hilly area of Heilongjiang Province will play a crucial role in ensuring food security in our country. On the basis of defining the index of permissible soil loss in the hillside area of Heilongjiang Province and using the soil erosion equation in Heilongjiang Province, the minimum eroded slope of cultivated land in the hilly area of Heilongjiang Province was determined. On the basis of the index of remote sensing and geographic information system, Comprehensive use of GIS database synthesis, analysis, statistical inquiries and mathematical statistics and other methods, come to the slope area of Heilongjiang Province slope farmland erosion area, which laid the foundation for the follow-up classification management.
