2009年3月30日至31日,由欧盟委员会语言司、中国教育部、国家汉办共同主办、北京外国语大学协办的“2009中国一欧盟语言合作研讨会”在北京召开。此次研讨会是“中欧语言交流(欧盟窗口)项目”的重要组成部分,是对2007年11月第十次中欧领导人会晤《联合声明》的具体落实。欧洲联盟派出了其成员国的12位高级官员、学者来京参会,来自国内15所高校、科研院所的相关领域专家也受邀参会。教育部副部长章新胜和欧盟多语言事务委员奥尔班出席了开幕式并致辞。
From March 30 to March 31, 2009, “2009 China-EU Seminar on Language Cooperation” co-sponsored by the Language Department of European Commission, Ministry of Education of China and Hanban and co-organized by Beijing Foreign Studies University was held in Beijing. This seminar is an important part of the “EU-China Exchange Program (EU) Project” and is the concrete implementation of the “Joint Statement” of the 10th China-EU Summit in November 2007. The European Union sent 12 senior officials and scholars from its member countries to Beijing to attend the conference. Experts from relevant fields from 15 domestic universities and research institutes were also invited to attend the conference. Vice Minister of Education Zhang Xinsheng and European Union Multilingual Affairs Commissioner Orban attended the opening ceremony and delivered speeches.
