目的:探讨核因子κB/p65(NFκB/p65)和环氧合酶2(COX2)在喉鳞状细胞癌(LSCC)中的表达和临床意义及两者间可能存在的相互关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法检测41例LSCC和10例声带息肉组织中NFκB/p65和COX2蛋白的表达水平。结果:NFκB/p65和COX2蛋白在喉癌组与对照的声带息肉组比较有显著性差异。进一步定性分析发现COX2与喉癌的组织病理学分化程度有关。Spearman相关分析显示NFκB/p65与COX2高度相关。结论:①喉癌中NFκB/p65与COX2的表达均升高。②NFκB/p65可能促使COX2的表达。③NFκB/p65可能成为喉癌治疗的新靶点。
Objective: To investigate the expression and clinical significance of nuclear factor κB / p65 (NFκB / p65) and cyclooxygenase 2 (COX2) in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC) and the possible relationship between them. Methods: The expressions of NFκB / p65 and COX2 in 41 cases of LSCC and 10 cases of vocal cord polyps were detected by immunohistochemical SP method. Results: NFκB / p65 and COX2 protein in the laryngeal cancer group and the control vocal cord polyps group were significantly different. Further qualitative analysis found that COX2 and the degree of histopathological differentiation of laryngeal cancer. Spearman correlation analysis showed that NFκB / p65 was highly correlated with COX2. Conclusions: ① The expression of NFκB / p65 and COX2 in laryngeal carcinoma are both increased. ② NFκB / p65 may promote the expression of COX2. ③ NFκB / p65 may be a new target for the treatment of laryngeal cancer.
