按照国务院推进简政放权放管结合职能转变工作精神,我局对2014年10月1日前发布的规范性文件进行了清理。现将清理后国家海洋局发布的继续有效的规范性文件目录予以公布,有关海上维权执法的规范性文件清理结果将另行公布。凡未列入本目录的国家海洋局文件,原则上不再作为海洋行政管理的依据。附件:国家海洋局继续有效的规范性文件目录
In accordance with the State Council’s promotion of decentralization, decentralization and discharge of power combined with the transformation of the spirit of work, our bureau cleaned up the normative documents issued before October 1, 2014. The list of normative documents still in force issued by the State Oceanic Administration after the liquidation will be released. The result of the clean-up of normative documents concerning the enforcement of maritime rights protection will be announced separately. The documents of the State Oceanic Administration that are not included in this catalog will in principle no longer be used as the basis for the administration of the oceans and seas.
