他身上仍保持一种纯粹的作画状态,他拥有极强的都市化语言,以这种极强的绘画语言表现极平凡的题材,即使对老头儿的刻画也同样具有了时代的韵味,不再是过去“苦兮兮”的模样。——魏广君范治斌,1972年生于内蒙古呼和浩特。1995年毕业于南开大学东方艺术系中国画专业,获学士学位。2002年毕业于鲁迅美术学院中国人物画工作室,获硕士学位。中国美术家协会会员,河北师范大学美术学院客座教授。现执教于北京师范大学艺术与传媒学院美术系。出版有《21世纪优秀艺术家系列——范治斌》、《中国人物画名家技法讲座——范冶斌水墨肖像画艺术》、《线描速写训练》、《名家名画——范治斌水墨肖像作品》、《新画风——北京师范大学范治斌速写作品》。《特质——意象:范治斌水墨作品集》、《水墨画技法解析》等。
