结合我国具体历史国情和市民社会本身的规律,本文认为我国应该遵循国家主导——社会参与的方式,从“私域”和“公域”两个方面来建构我国的市民社会。
Combined with the specific historical conditions in our country and the laws of civil society itself, this paper argues that our country should follow the lead of our country - the way of social participation and construct our civil society from two aspects: private domain and public domain.
