独山子石化炼油厂1.0MPa蒸汽管网系统不但范围广而且流程复杂,2015年随着原油加工量下降,装置蒸汽需求量相应降低,系统管网出现凝液量增大、管网流速下降、部分装置用汽温度下降、管网热损增大等影响蒸汽管网平稳运行的问题。本文通过优化新老区蒸汽管网流程,改进夏季工况下管理方式,建立更合理、优化、高效的蒸汽网络管理模式,以期进一步提高炼油蒸汽系统能效水平。
Dushanzi Petrochemical Refinery 1.0MPa steam pipe network system is not only a wide range and the process is complex, with the decline in crude oil processing in 2015, a corresponding reduction in demand for steam equipment, system pipe network condensate volume increases, pipe network flow rate decline, part of Steam temperature of the unit is declining, and heat loss of the pipe network is increased, which will affect the smooth operation of the steam pipe network. In this paper, through optimizing the steam pipe network process in old and new areas, improving the management mode under summer conditions and establishing a more reasonable, optimized and efficient steam network management mode, in order to further improve the energy efficiency of the oil refining steam system.
