提出了转基因抗虫棉病虫草害综合防治的一整套技术:采用新克黄枯浸种制钵,向苗床土表面喷洒新克黄枯液,用内吸型杀虫剂克百威与菜籽饼、新克黄枯液、锌.硼.钾.钙.氨基酸LD、尿素、磷酸一铵及氯化钾混合制成药肥在棉苗移栽时150 kg/hm2、蕾期1200 kg/hm2、花铃期1650 kg/hm2分3次埋施,现蕾后用助壮素与锌.硼.钾.钙.氨基酸每隔10 d喷雾1次,在花铃期施用棉太金2号,在果枝20层时打顶,10 d后施用棉太金3号,8月下旬~9月中旬用杀虫剂2次喷杀斜纹夜蛾,7月中下旬用草甘膦异丙胺盐3000 mL/hm2喷施1次。在江西永修、彭泽和九江进行了该综合防治技术的大面积示范,示范结果表明:3个示范点基本无棉枯萎病、黄萎病和生理性红叶茎枯病发生,棉害虫极少发生,籽棉产量为5046.0~7696.8 kg/hm2,经济效益和社会效益均十分明显。
